Ltd. as the Country Franchise. Tarangini has since played a vital role in appointing, managing, and overseeing Phifer’s State and Area Franchisees throughout the country. Over the past decade, Tarangini has become the cornerstone of Phifer’s operations in India, earning a reputation as a dependable and trusted partner. This strong partnership has facilitated the successful launch of over 150 Phifer franchises nationwide. Tarangini’s pivotal role in expanding Phifer’s presence in India has been crucial in ensuring the brand’s broad availability and operational excellence. Director
Mr. P K Sundaramoorthy, with a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Engineering from TNAU, Coimbatore, and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, began his career with roles at Indian Overseas Bank and Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd., serving as Assistant Manager and Industrial Engineer, respectively. He later pursued an MBA from IIM Bangalore, completing it in 1997.
He started his corporate journey as an Executive Assistant at H&R Johnson (India) Ltd., eventually heading their Sales & Marketing division for the southern region. For 18 years, he led the Indian operations of Hunter Douglas, a global leader in window coverings, before advancing to the position of Vice President for their Asian operations.
Currently, as one of the Directors of Tarangini Homecare Private Limited, Phifer India’s exclusive country franchisee, he is driving organizational growth by implementing effective strategies, streamlining processes, and achieving shared goals. His extensive experience and leadership continue to propel the company toward greater success.

Optimizing Operational Efficiency
Tarangini takes pride in its well-equipped office and dedicated team of 98 core members. The operations team ensures seamless daily activities and reliable task execution. Regional Sales Managers handle mosquito screen installations and component sourcing throughout the franchise network, ensuring efficient operations and consistent service quality.

Streamlining Warehouse Operations
Our strategically positioned Warehouses in Chennai and Chandigarh are the logistical backbone, enabling efficient inventory management and prompt order fulfillment. This arrangement ensures effective handling of customer demands through streamlined operations and timely deliveries, enhancing overall efficiency in meeting market needs.

Optimizing Assembly Operations
Tarangini operates two central assembly units in Chennai and Chandigarh, employing over 100 staff members who work in two shifts. Each product is assembled to meet specific customer requirements and undergoes rigorous quality inspections before being dispatched to franchisees.

Managing CRM software
Tarangini developed customized CRM software in 2016 to optimize business processes and comprehensive management. The CRM system allows franchisees to efficiently manage operations, handle Phifer leads, schedule appointments, generate quotations, create purchase orders, and track product assembly and delivery.

Customer Support
Tarangini’s dedicated call center upholds its commitment to exceptional customer service. Equipped with robust infrastructure, multilingual callers validate leads from various sources for relevance and quality. These validated leads are then directed to the appropriate franchises by location, ensuring optimum lead conversion.

Franchise Development Across India
In 2017, Tarangini established a Franchise Development division to source and filter potential franchisee leads through detailed calls and Zoom meetings. This approach successfully launched numerous Phifer franchises across India, expanding the network. Standardized guidelines for showroom design ensured brand consistency and a unified customer experience.

Defining Standard Operating Procedure
In 2019, Tarangini redefined its sales process through extensive meetings to develop standardized workflow charts for Lead Generation, CRM, Project, Factory, Support Center, Complaints Management, HR, Accounts, Area & Franchisee Development, SheerWeave, Research & Development, and Warehouse processes. These procedures enhanced efficiency and consistency across operations.
